The World Community for Christian Meditation

Wednesday Evenings, 7:00 P.M., in the Chapel.

Please enter through the parking lot door on Roosevelt.

The meeting format is very simple. We listen to a recording of Fr. John Main, Fr. Laurence Freeman or Fr. Bede Griffiths for approximately 15-20 minutes. Then we meditate, repeatedly saying our mantra in silence, for 20 minutes.

We conclude with time for questions or comments. We start on time so please be a little early
